Bricks — Organization Dashboard

Financial building blocks for Nonprofits. Banking, fundraising, and compliance in one platform.

Everything in one place

Most nonprofits run their finances across six different tools that hid key information from each other. We consolidate the entire pile.

01

Banking

Checking, savings, and cards with dual approvals, restricted-fund sub-accounts, and spending limits. Cashback on every card purchase.

02

Collections

Fundraising, member dues, and event tickets in one place. Receipts send automatically and every payment is categorized.

03

Compliance

Form 990s prepared from your ledger, state registration deadlines tracked, and sales tax handled automatically.

04

Accounting

Expenses categorized automatically, with intelligent spend insights. Syncs to the accounting system you already use.

See the flow

Save time on the tasks keeping you overtime.

Verifiably trusted

Security and compliance are the mortar — invisible, everywhere, and holding the whole thing together.

FDIC-insured accounts

Balances are protected up to $3M through our partner-bank network — insured, swept, and watched around the clock.

CPA-signed filings

Every 990 and state registration is prepared from your ledger, then signed off by a licensed CPA before it goes out the door.

FAQs

Bricks partners with regulated, FDIC-member banks that hold your money and issue your cards — they provide the accounts, we build the software on top. Balances are eligible for up to $3M in FDIC insurance through a sweep network.

It depends on the size of your organization and how much you customize — for most, it's $50 per month, covering banking, collections, accounting, and compliance for everyone. We'll confirm your number on a call.

You don't have to. Most organizations keep QuickBooks and connect it to Bricks — transactions and fund tags sync across already categorized, so there's no month-end cleanup. If you'd rather consolidate, we'll import your accounts, funds, and history and do the mapping with you.

Every fund lives as its own sub-account, and money is tagged the moment it arrives — a grant, a building-fund gift, general operating. Restricted dollars can't be spent from the wrong bucket, and your statement of activities reflects it automatically.

Bricks assembles it either way — we build the 990 from your ledger as the year goes, so nothing gets reconstructed at filing season. From there it's your choice: our partner CPA reviews and signs it, or our partner e-filer takes it straight to the IRS.

About 30 minutes. Onboarding and setup happen on one call — accounts opened, funds and chapters mapped, your team invited. Book a call and we'll do it together.
